Prosecution for nonsupport in geographical area.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding the issuance of an order for support of a minor child or children by the Superior Court under the provisions of section 46b-84, any prosecution for nonsupport of a minor child or children as specified in section 53-304 may be brought to the geographical area of the superior court and shall proceed on proper complaint from the payee of the order, a support enforcement officer or an authorized representative of the Commissioner of Administrative Services.\n(b) In any case where an order under the provisions of section 46b-84 has been issued, the order shall be the measure of failure to support.","path":["TITLE 51.
