Stat. § 52-251d","heading":"Attorney's fees in action to establish parentage or establish, modify or enforce child support orders in temporary family assistance cases.","body":"(a) In any civil action to establish parentage or to establish, modify or enforce child support orders in temporary family assistance cases pursuant to sections 17b-745, 46b-86, 46b-215, 46b-231, 46b-560, 46b-569 and 46b-570, the court may allow the state, when it is the prevailing party, a reasonable attorney's fee.\n(b) The provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall not be deemed: (1) To create a new cause of action against any individual; or (2) to confer any new jurisdiction upon the Superior Court in any action against any individual.","path":["TITLE 52.
