Stat. § 53-10a","heading":"Persons sentenced to life imprisonment prior to October 1, 1963.","body":"Any person imprisoned in any correctional institution who, prior to October 1, 1963, was sentenced under the provisions of section 53-10 of the general statutes to imprisonment in the State Prison for life without benefit of release as provided in sections 18-7, 54-125 and 54-130a shall be eligible for the same release benefits provided under said sections as any person sentenced to imprisonment for life after October 1, 1963.","path":["TITLE 53.
