Stat. § 53-303c","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of sections 52-207, 53-300a, 53-302a or 53-303 to 53-303e, inclusive, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for the first offense; not more than five hundred dollars for the second and each subsequent offense. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing in said sections shall be construed to permit any fine being imposed upon any employee or agent who has been caused or directed by his employer to violate the provisions of said sections.","path":["TITLE 53.
