Stat. § 53-303d","heading":"Injunction.","body":"Any of the following may petition the superior court for the judicial district in which the violation occurs to enjoin any violations of section 53-302a or section 53-303b: (a) Any person engaged in work, labor or business prohibited or regulated by section 53-302a; (b) the Attorney General, or (c) any city or town in which a violation occurs. As used in this section, the term “person” means an individual or a business, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, firm or other organization or group of persons. Persons entitled to injunctive relief include but are not limited to persons competing with the defendant.","path":["TITLE 53. CRIMES","CHAPTER 946.
