Stat. § 53a-221b","heading":"Unlawful possession, purchase or sale of a war or veterans' memorial or monument: Class D felony.","body":"(a) A person is guilty of the unlawful possession, purchase or sale of a war or veterans' memorial or monument when such person possesses or purchases or attempts to purchase or sells, offers for sale or attempts to sell, or transfers or disposes of a war or veterans' memorial or monument, or any part thereof, knowing that it has been unlawfully removed from its official location.\n(b) Unlawful possession, purchase or sale of a war or veterans' memorial or monument is a class D felony and any person found guilty under subsection (a) of this section shall be fined five thousand dollars.","path":["TITLE 53a.
