Stat. § 54-124e","heading":"Board of Pardons and Paroles as successor department to Board of Pardons and Board of Parole.","body":"(a) The Board of Pardons and Paroles shall be a successor department to the Board of Pardons and the Board of Parole in accordance with the provisions of sections 4-38d and 4-39.\n(b) Wherever the words “Board of Pardons” or “Board of Parole” are used in the general statutes or the public acts of 2003 and 2004, the words “Board of Pardons and Paroles” shall be substituted in lieu thereof.\n(c) The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying the provisions of this section, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.","path":["TITLE 54.
