Access to criminal history record information.","body":"The Department of Correction shall notify the Office of Victim Services whenever the department schedules the release of an inmate from a correctional institution other than on a furlough. Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes to the contrary, the Department of Correction may make available to the Office of Victim Services direct access to any records in its custody, including computerized criminal history record information, for the purpose of assisting said office to perform its duties regarding victim notification.","path":["TITLE 54.
