Appropriations.","body":"Any city may, acting by its legislative body, purchase or acquire land for the purpose of conveying the same to the state as the site for a state armory, whenever the General Assembly has voted to erect an armory in such city, and may appropriate sufficient funds therefor from the treasury of such city and authorize an officer of such city to execute a conveyance of such land to the state.","path":["TITLE 7.
