Membership.","body":"The legislative body of each applicable municipality may create an advisory board, whose members include owners or occupants of real property located in or adjacent to a resiliency improvement district. The advisory board may advise the legislative body and any designated administrative entity on the planning, construction and implementation of the district master plan and maintenance and operation of the resiliency improvement district after the district master plan is complete.","path":["TITLE 7.
