Stat. § 7-32","heading":"Index of surveys and maps.","body":"Each town clerk shall keep a special index book to be known as the “Index of Surveys and Maps”. Whenever any map is filed with the town clerk as provided by law, he shall make an entry in said index book, giving the title thereof, the name of each of the owners of such land, the date on which it was filed, the date of the survey and a brief description of the plot surveyed. He shall further keep another and separate index book to be known as “Index of Surveys and Maps by Streets” and whenever any map is filed with the town clerk as provided by law, he shall make an entry in said index book giving the street or streets on which the property abuts, and giving the title of the map, the name of each of the owners of such land, the date on which it was filed, the date of the survey and a brief description of the plot surveyed.","path":["TITLE 7.
