Stat. § 7-604","heading":"Reuse and resale of property acquired by eminent domain.","body":"In the reuse and resale of residential property acquired by a municipality pursuant to subsection (c) of section 48-6, the municipality shall give preference to persons who declare an intent to reside in such property. The municipality may establish financial penalties for failure to reside in such residential property when a declaration has been made.
