Stat. § 7-83","heading":"Town orders to be signed by majority of the selectmen.","body":"All orders drawn by the selectmen on the town treasurer in payment of the expenses of any town shall be signed by a majority of the selectmen of such town, and no order not so signed shall be paid by the town treasurer.
