The fund shall be used to make low interest loans or deferred loans authorized by sections 8-219b and 8-219c, and for expenses incurred by the Commissioner of Housing in the implementation of the program established by this section and sections 8-219b and 8-219c. In the case of a deferred loan, the contract shall require that payments on interest are due immediately but that payments on principal may be made at a later time.","path":["TITLE 8.
