Stat. § 9-190a","heading":"Election of registrars at state elections.","body":"Any provision of any special act to the contrary notwithstanding, the registrars of voters in each municipality which elects registrars of voters shall be elected at the state election to be held in 1964, and biennially thereafter, to hold office for the term of two years from the Wednesday following the first Monday of the January next succeeding their election until the Wednesday following the first Monday of the third January succeeding their election.","path":["TITLE 9.
