Stat. § 9-242a","heading":"Regulations concerning use of voting machines.","body":"Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes to the contrary, in the event that the Secretary of the State approves for use, in the manner provided by section 9-241, a kind of voting machine not so approved on January 1, 1985, said secretary shall adopt such regulations as may be necessary for the use of such machine, including but not limited to regulations for adjustment of such machine in preparation for voting, process of voting, canvass of votes cast, and certifications.","path":["TITLE 9.
