Stat. § 9-5","heading":"Copies of instructional materials for moderators.","body":"At least one week prior to each state or municipal election, the Secretary of the State shall send to the registrars of voters of each municipality in which such election is to be held a copy of such instructional materials as the secretary deems necessary for use by the moderator in each voting district. At the time when the moderator or moderators are appointed, such registrars shall give to each such moderator such materials as they have received from the secretary.","path":["TITLE 9.
