Stat. § 9-751","heading":"Contributions to Citizens' Election Fund.","body":"Any person, business entity, organization, party committee or political committee, as such terms are defined in section 9-601, may contribute to the Citizens' Election Fund established in section 9-701. Any such contribution shall be made by check or money order. The State Elections Enforcement Commission shall immediately transmit all contributions received pursuant to this section to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Citizens' Election Fund.","path":["TITLE 9.
