Code § 1-1162.20","heading":"Reports.","body":"(a)\nThe Director of Government Ethics shall produce a quarterly report detailing:\n(1)\nThe posture of each complaint it received, including whether an investigation was initiated, is ongoing, or has concluded;\n(2)\nThe referrals made to and from the Board;\n(3)\nFines and penalties imposed by the Board;\n(4)\nAllegations dismissed by the Board;\n(5)\nOther action taken with regard to an allegation of a violation of the Code of Conduct; and\n(6)\nAll political contributions, including bundled contributions, reported as required in § 1-1162.30.\n\n(b)\nThe quarterly report shall be posted online.","path":["Title 1.
