Code § 1-1163.02b","heading":"Board independent agency; facilities; seal.","body":"(a)\nIn the performance of its duties, or in matters of procurement, the Campaign Finance Board shall not be subject to the direction of any nonjudicial officer of the District, except as provided in the Merit Personnel Act.\n\n(b)\nThe District government shall furnish to the Campaign Finance Board such records, information, services, personnel, offices, equipment, and such other assistance and facilities as may be necessary to enable the Campaign Finance Board to properly to perform its functions.\n\n(c)\nSubject to the approval of the Mayor, the Campaign Finance Board is authorized to adopt and use a seal.","path":["Title 1.
