Code § 1-301.159","heading":"Budget structure for new agencies.","body":"The Chief Financial Officer may, for the purpose of establishing a budget structure for new agencies within the financial system for Fiscal Year 2022:\n\n(a)\n(1)\nCreate new agencies in the financial system, as necessary, and reallocate funds in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the purpose of implementing Chapter 6D of Title 4; and\n(2)\n(A)\nCreate the Department of Buildings and redesignate the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (\"DCRA\") as the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection in the financial system; and\n(B)\nReallocate funds budgeted in DCRA and in the Non-Departmental Account as necessary to implement Chapter 5B of Title 10 and § 6-507.","path":["Title 1.
