Code § 1-301.91","heading":"Publication of arrest data.","body":"(a)\nTo facilitate the Office of the Attorney General's (\"OAG\") ability to publish data about its prosecution practices, including data about how its prosecution decisions break down by race and other demographic factors, OAG shall be permitted to analyze and publish all arrest data that the Metropolitan Police Department (\"MPD\") transfers to OAG, regardless of whether it transfers that data via electronic or other means.\n\n(b)\nMPD shall cooperate with OAG's reasonable requests for information about the arrest data that it transfers to OAG, including requests for information about how MPD cleans and publishes its arrest data on its own website.","path":["Title 1.
