The office shall:\n\n(1)\nProvide eligible families and individuals with an opportunity to establish opportunity accounts;\n\n(2)\nProvide that the opportunity account shall be established by an approved financial institution and administered by an approved organization;\n\n(3)\nProvide incentives to encourage participation in the program; and\n\n(4)\nRequire that money deposited into an opportunity account shall be used only for approved purposes.","path":["Title 1.
