Code § 1-327.56c","heading":"311 services.","body":"(a)\nNo later than 180 days after June 8, 2024, the Office shall permit persons to submit requests for the following services via the District's 311 system at all times:\n(1)\nMaintenance of porous flexible pavement sidewalks by the District Department of Transportation (by selecting \"porous flexible pavement\" as the material within the \"Sidewalk Repair\" service group);\n(2)\nLeaf collection by the Department of Public Works (\"DPW\"); except, that the Office shall not be required to permit persons to submit requests for this service during seasons in which DPW does not offer this service; and\n(3)\nGraffiti removal by DPW; except, that the Office shall not be required to permit persons to submit requests for this service during seasons in which DPW does not offer this service.\n\n(b)\nNo later than 180 days after June 8, 2024, the Office shall facilitate referrals and access to the relevant servicing entities for the following request-types, such as through the posting of website links or contact information, and the Office may include a disclaimer that the referral does not commit the Office to back-end work or quality assurance for completion of the service request:\n(1)\nMaintenance of electrical wires;\n(2)\nMaintenance of utility poles;\n(3)\nMaintenance of fire hydrants; and\n(4)\nAlcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration response to issues relating to alcohol sales, including:\n(A)\nAfter-hours sales of alcohol;\n(B)\nBreach of a settlement agreement;\n(C)\nNo Alcoholic Beverage Control (\"ABC\") manager on duty;\n(D)\nExcessive noise;\n(E)\nOperating without an ABC license;\n(F)\nOvercrowding;\n(G)\nSale of alcohol to intoxicated persons;\n(H)\nSale of alcohol to minors; and\n(I)\nTrash.\n\n(c)\nNo later than 180 days after June 8, 2024, the Office shall direct 311 system users to the National Park Service website when a user provides a property location that is under National Park Service jurisdiction.","path":["Title 1.
