Code § 1-525.01","heading":"Modifications of Board of Education Reduction-in-Force procedures.","body":"(a)\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, rule, or regulation, an employee of the District of Columbia Public Schools shall be:\n(1)\nClassified as an Educational Service employee;\n(2)\nPlaced under the personnel authority of the Board of Education; and\n(3)\nSubject to all Board of Education rules.\n\n(b)\nSchool-based personnel shall constitute a separate competitive area from nonschool-based personnel who shall not compete with school-based personnel for retention purposes.","path":["Title 1.
