Code § 1-608.58","heading":"Pay parity for attorneys.","body":"(a)\nCompensation for Legal Service attorneys shall be reviewed annually by the Mayor and shall be fixed in accordance with the following policy:\n(1)\nThe compensation of Senior Executive Attorneys shall be competitive with that provided by the federal government Senior Executive Service Salary Table for attorneys in the Washington metropolitan area having comparable duties, responsibilities, qualifications and experience; and\n(2)\nThe compensation of all other Legal Service Attorneys shall be competitive with that provided by the federal government General Schedule for attorneys in the Washington metropolitan area having comparable duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and experience.\n\n(b)\nPay shall be established by the Mayor and submitted by resolution to the Council pursuant to § 1-611.06.","path":["Title 1.
