Code § 1-612.12","heading":"PFML Bank report.","body":"(a)\nOn or before March 1 of each year, the Mayor shall provide a PFML Bank report (\"report\") to the Council. The report shall include a government-wide summary and agency-level information on:\n(1)\nThe number of total contributed hours to the PFML Bank;\n(2)\nThe number of employees that contributed leave to the PFML Bank;\n(3)\nThe number of employees that withdrew leave from the PFML Bank;\n(4)\nThe number of hours of leave used for a qualifying medical leave event; and\n(5)\nThe number of hours of leave used for a qualifying family leave event.","path":["Title 1.
