Code § 1-621.06","heading":"Types of benefits.","body":"(a)\nThe benefits provided under the health benefit plans shall include benefits for costs associated with care in a general hospital and for health services of a catastrophic nature and may include at a minimum the following benefits:\n(1)\nHospital benefits;\n(2)\nManaged care;\n(3)\nOffice visits;\n(4)\nSubstance abuse;\n(5)\nWell baby care;\n(6)\nPrescription drugs;\n(7)\nObstetrical benefits;\n(8)\nMental health benefits; and\n(9)\nHospice care.\n\n(b)\nEach contract issued under § 1-621.05 shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 31 of Title 31.","path":["Title 1.
