Code § 1-621.09d","heading":"Preparation of studies; enrolled actuary.","body":"The Chief Financial Officer shall:\n\n(1)\nDirect the enrolled actuary engaged pursuant to §  1-621.09a to:\n(A)\nFrom time to time, prepare an experiential study for the Fund;\n(B)\nEach fiscal year, prepare an asset allocation study for the Fund, and:\n(C)\nPrepare such other analyses as are best practice for other post- employment benefits funds or the District of Columbia Retirement Board; and\n\n(2)\nRebid the contract for the enrolled actuary no less frequently than every 5 years.","path":["Title 1.
