Code § 10-1051","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this chapter, the term:\n\n(a)\n(1)\nRepealed.\n(1A)\n\"Director\" means the Director of the Department of Public Works.\n(2)\nRepealed.\n(3)\n\"Place of public accommodation\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 2-1401.02(24).\n(4)\n\"Public restroom facility\" means a restroom maintained by the District or an agent of the District and accessible to the public free of charge.","path":["Title 10.
