To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n  \n\n(a)\nFor the purposes of this chapter, the term:\n(1)\n\"BID\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 2-1215.02(7).\n(2)\n\"Participant\" means a place of public accommodation located within the BID selected by the Mayor under § 10-1053 that is participating in the Community Restroom Incentive Pilot Program.\n(3)\n\"Place of public accommodation\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 2-1401.02(24).\n(4)\n\"Public restroom facility\" means a restroom maintained by the District or an agent of the District and accessible to the public free of charge.","path":["Title 99.
