To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n  \n\n(a)\nSections 10-1052(d), (e), (f), and (g) and 10-1053 shall apply upon the date of inclusion of their fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan.\n\n(b)\nThe Chief Financial Officer shall certify the date of the inclusion of the fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan and provide notice to the Budget Director of the Council of the certification.\n\n(c)\n(1)\nThe Budget Director shall cause the notice of the certification to be published in the District of Columbia Register.\n(2)\nThe date of publication of the notice of the certification shall not affect the applicability of this chapter.","path":["Title 99.
