Code § 10-1604.05","heading":"Development Plan requirement.","body":"(a)\nThe entity responsible for identifying spending priorities for the project shall submit a Development Plan to the Mayor no fewer than 90 days prior to the beginning of the period covered by the Development Plan.\n\n(b)\nThe Mayor shall have 30 days to review the Development Plan. If, after 30 days, the Mayor has not approved or disapproved the Development Plan, the Development Plan shall be deemed approved.\n\n(c)\nNo Bond Funded Expenditures shall be permitted without an approved Development Plan.","path":["Title 10.
