Code § 10-2001","heading":"Relocation of headquarters for Fire and Emergency Medical Services\nDepartment and Department of Corrections.","body":"(a)\nThe headquarters of the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department and\nthe headquarters of the Department of Corrections shall not be relocated to or housed in the\nPatricia R. Harris Education Center and no funds shall be expended for those purposes.\n\n(b)\nThe Mayor shall develop a plan for the permanent relocation of the headquarters\nfor the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department and the Department of Corrections\nthat shall:\n(1)\nBe submitted to the Council no later than March 1, 2010;\n(2)\nBe included in the Mayor’s fiscal year 2011 budget and financial plan\nsubmission to the Council;\n(3)\nInclude the proposed location for a headquarters for each agency or the\nlocation of a headquarters for both agencies;\n(4)\nInclude the time line for relocating the headquarters;\n(5)\nInclude the total costs for relocating the headquarters; and\n(6)\nIdentify funding for relocating the headquarters.","path":["Title 10.
