Code § 10-551.07g","heading":"Annual school readiness checklist.","body":"(a)\nBeginning no later than October 1, 2024, and each year thereafter, the Department shall publish the results of the annual checklist, including all school-level responses and a summary data table, sent to all DCPS school principals to assess the Department's summer readiness efforts and to plan for future maintenance needs.\n\n(b)\nThe checklist shall include:\n(1)\nThe name of the DCPS facility;\n(2)\nThe date on which the checklist is being completed; and\n(3)\nAn opportunity to provide feedback on the operational readiness of the DCPS facility, including its HVAC system, plumbing, electrical, environment, and compliance with federal and District disability rights laws.\n\n(c)\nFor purposes of this section, the term \"DCPS\" means the District of Columbia Public Schools.","path":["Title 10.
