Code § 16-4004","heading":"Collaborative law participation agreement; requirements.","body":"(a)\nA collaborative law participation agreement shall:\n(1)\nBe in a record;\n(2)\nBe signed by the parties;\n(3)\nState the parties’ intention to resolve a collaborative matter through a collaborative law process under this chapter;\n(4)\nDescribe the nature and scope of the matter;\n(5)\nIdentify the collaborative lawyer who represents each party in the process; and\n(6)\nContain a statement by each collaborative lawyer confirming the lawyer’s representation of a party in the collaborative law process.\n\n(b)\nThe parties may agree to include in a collaborative law participation agreement additional provisions not inconsistent with this chapter.","path":["Title 16.
