Code § 16-4427","heading":"Appeals.","body":"(a)\nAn appeal may be taken from:\n(1)\nAn order denying or granting a motion to compel arbitration;\n(2)\nAn order granting a motion to stay arbitration;\n(3)\nAn order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;\n(4)\nAn order modifying or correcting an award;\n(5)\nAn order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or\n(6)\nA final judgment entered pursuant to this chapter.\n\n(b)\nAn appeal under this section shall be taken as from an order or a judgment in a civil action.","path":["Title 16.
