Code § 16-5622","heading":"Modification of confirmed award or judgment.","body":"(a)\nIf a party requests under law of the District other than this chapter a modification of an award confirmed under § 16-5616 or judgment on the award based on a fact occurring after confirmation:\n(1)\nThe parties shall proceed under the dispute-resolution method specified in the award or judgment; or\n(2)\nIf the award or judgment does not specify a dispute-resolution method, the parties may:\n(A)\nAgree to arbitrate the modification before the original arbitrator or another arbitrator; or\n(B)\nAbsent agreement proceed under law of the District other than this chapter governing modification of a judgment in a family law proceeding.","path":["Title 16.
