Code § 18-906","heading":"Harmless error.","body":"(a)\nA record readable as text not executed in compliance with § 18-905(a) is deemed to comply with § 18-905(a) if the proponent of the record establishes by clear and convincing evidence that the decedent intended the record to be:\n(1)\nThe decedent's will;\n(2)\nA partial or complete revocation of the decedent's will;\n(3)\nAn addition to or modification of the decedent's will; or\n(4)\nA partial or complete revival of the decedent's formerly revoked will or part of the will.","path":["Title 18.
