Code § 19-1308.15","heading":"General powers of trustee.","body":"(a)\nA trustee, without authorization by the court, may exercise:\n(1)\nPowers conferred by the terms of the trust; and\n(2)\nExcept as limited by the terms of the trust:\n(A)\nAll powers over the trust property which an unmarried competent owner has over individually owned property;\n(B)\nAny other powers appropriate to achieve the proper investment, management, and distribution of the trust property; and\n(C)\nAny other powers conferred by this chapter.\n\n(b)\nThe exercise of a power is subject to the fiduciary duties prescribed by this subchapter.","path":["Title 19.
