Code § 19-1905","heading":"Application; governing law.","body":"(a)\nThis chapter applies to a trust created before, on, or after [March 7, 2025], which:\n(1)\nHas its principal place of administration in the District, including a trust whose principal place of administration has been changed to the District; or\n(2)\nProvides by its trust instrument that it is governed by the law of the District or is governed by the law of the District for the purpose of:\n(A)\nAdministration, including administration of a trust whose governing law for purposes of administration has been changed to the law of the District;\n(B)\nConstruction of terms of the trust; or\n(C)\nDetermining the meaning or effect of terms of the trust.","path":["Title 19.
