The partition or reclassification must be in a record signed by both community-property spouses.\n\n(b)\nA community-property spouse domiciled in the District may waive a right granted by this chapter only by complying with the law of the District, including the District's choice-of-law rules, applicable to waiver of a spousal property right.","path":["Title 19.
