Code § 2-1210.12","heading":"Rules.","body":"The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of this title [§ 2-501 et seq.], shall issue rules to implement the provisions of this subchapter. The rules may:\n\n(1)\nProvide for criteria under which a line of credit issued by a financial institution to a small business, a medium-sized business, or a nonprofit organization qualifies to participate in the program; and\n\n(2)\nAuthorize a consortium of financial institutions to participate in the program subject to common underwriting guidelines.","path":["Title 2.
