Code § 2-1385","heading":"Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Affairs Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Affairs Fund (\"Fund\"), which shall be administered by the Office in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.\n\n(b)\nAll fees collected pursuant to § 50-1501.02n(b)(1) shall be deposited into the Fund.\n\n(c)\nMoney in the Fund shall be used by the Office to support programs that promote the welfare of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning community.\n\n(d)\n(1)\nThe money deposited into the Fund but not expended in a fiscal year shall not revert to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia at the end of a fiscal year, or at any other time.\n(2)\nSubject to authorization in an approved budget and financial plan, any funds appropriated in the Fund shall be continually available without regard to fiscal year limitation.\n\n(e)\nThe Mayor shall report annually to the Council on the revenues and activities of the Fund.","path":["Title 2.
