Code § 2-1402.101","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a)\nFor the purposes of this part:\n(1)\n\"Caregiver\" means an individual who provides medical or non-medical care to a resident of a long-term care facility.\n(2)\n\"HIV\" means the human immunodeficiency virus.\n(3)\n\"Long-term care facility\" shall have the same meaning as provided in§ 7-701.01(7).\n(4)\n\"Resident\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 7-701.01(13).\n(5)\n\"Resident's representative\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 7-701.01(14).\n(6)\n\"Staff\" means an employee or contractor of a long-term care facility.","path":["Title 2.
