Code § 2-1403.06a","heading":"Notice of right to file civil action.","body":"(a)\nThe Office shall serve a notice of right to file a civil action upon a complainant whenever:\n(1)\nThe complainant submitted a written notice of withdrawal before the completion of the Office's investigation;\n(2)\nThe Office dismissed the complaint on grounds of lack of jurisdiction, no probable cause, or administrative convenience; or\n(3)\nThe Office made a probable cause finding and the complainant filed a written notice of withdrawal on or before the 30th day after the close of discovery before the Commission or a Hearing Examiner.","path":["Title 2.
