Code § 2-1515.04b","heading":"Data collection.","body":"(a)\nThe Department shall request any available records on the education, employment, criminal justice, or other outcomes of persons who are either currently committed to the Department or who were committed to the Department in the previous 3 years from the following agencies:\n(1)\nOffice of the State Superintendent of Education;\n(2)\nDepartment of Health;\n(3)\nDepartment of Behavioral Health;\n(4)\nChild and Family Services Agency;\n(5)\nDepartment of Human Services;\n(6)\nDistrict of Columbia Public Schools; and\n(7)\nOffice of the Attorney General.\n\n(b)\nAll records collected by the Department pursuant to this section shall be kept privileged and confidential pursuant to § 2-1515.06.\n\n(c)\nNot Funded.\n\n(d)\nNot Funded.","path":["Title 2.
