Code § 2-1599.05","heading":"Operations of the Coordinating Committee.","body":"(a)\nThe Coordinating Committee shall vote on internal policies, procedures, and processes for its operation pursuant to § 2-1599.04(d)(3).\n\n(b)\n(1)\nThe Coordinating Committee shall meet at least quarterly.\n(2)\nAll meetings of the Coordinating Committee shall have a quorum of 2/3 of the voting members in order to conduct business.\n\n(c)\n(1)\nThe Coordinating Committee may establish subcommittees as needed.\n(2)\nSubcommittees may include persons who are not members of the Coordinating Committee; provided, that each subcommittee shall be chaired by a Coordinating Committee member.\n(3)\nNo meeting of a subcommittee of the Coordinating Committee shall qualify as a meeting of the Coordinating Committee for purposes of fulfilling the requirements in subsection (b) of this section.","path":["Title 2.
