Law 2-38; D.C. Official Code § 2-1403.01 et seq.).\n\n(b)\nThe administrative remedies in subsection (a) of this section are exclusive. A person claiming to be aggrieved by a violation of [this chapter] shall not have a private cause of action in any court based on a violation of [this chapter].","path":["Title 2.
