Code § 2-1936","heading":"Phased implementation.","body":"(a)\nThis subchapter shall apply on June 19, 2004 to:\n(1)\nDepartment of Health;\n(2)\nDepartment of Human Services;\n(3)\nDepartment of Employment Services;\n(4)\nMetropolitan Police Department;\n(5)\nDistrict of Columbia Public School System;\n(6)\nOffice of Planning;\n(7)\nFire and Emergency Medical Services; and\n(8)\nOffice of Human Rights.\n\n(b)\nThis subchapter shall apply as of October 1, 2004 to:\n(1)\nDepartment of Housing and Community Development;\n(2)\nDepartment of Mental Health;\n(3)\nDepartment of Motor Vehicles;\n(4)\nChild and Family Services Agency;\n(5)\nAlcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration; and\n(6)\nDepartment of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.\n\n(c)\nThis subchapter shall apply as of October 1, 2005, to:\n(1)\nDepartment of Parks and Recreation;\n(2)\nDepartment of Aging and Community Living;\n(3)\nDistrict of Columbia Public Library;\n(4)\nOffice of Personnel;\n(5)\nOffice of Contracting and Procurement;\n(6)\nDepartment of Corrections;\n(7)\nDepartment of Public Works; and\n(8)\nOffice of Tax and Revenue.\n\n(d)\nThis subchapter shall apply as of October 1, 2006 to all covered entities.","path":["Title 2.
